DevioLab provides market deviation research, trading research tools and related account services. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use DevioLab, including when you sign in using Google or Facebook.
Information we collect
When you create or use an account, we may process information that you provide directly, such as your email address and account information. If you choose social login, the authentication provider may provide basic account information that you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile picture and provider-specific user identifier.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, create or connect DevioLab accounts, maintain account security, provide requested services, communicate about the service and operate and improve DevioLab.
Social login
DevioLab uses information received from Google or Facebook only for the purposes permitted by the authorization granted by the user and applicable provider policies. DevioLab does not request access to Facebook posts, photos, friends, likes or other unrelated Facebook data for standard login.
Sharing and sale of personal information
DevioLab does not sell personal information obtained through social login. Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect users, prevent abuse or maintain security.
Data retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate operational records and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your DevioLab account data by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
