Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your DevioLab account, including information associated with Google or Facebook login.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@deviolab.com.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your DevioLab account whenever possible.
- State that you want your DevioLab account data deleted and identify the account sufficiently for us to locate it.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request. After verification, we will process the deletion request subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting or other legitimate compliance obligations.
Removing Facebook access
You may also remove DevioLab from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook account. Removing Facebook authorization stops future access through that authorization, but a separate request may still be required to delete information already stored in your DevioLab account.
